Indication

Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis

Administration

Shake bottle gently prior to each use Prime the bottle before initial use by releasing 6 sprays or more until a fine mist sprays Reprime the bottle if unused for >14 days by spraying once or more until fine mist appears

Adult Dose

Nasal Spray Seasonal allergic rhinitis The recommended dosage is 1 spray each nostril twice daily.

Child Dose

Nasal Spray Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis <6 years: Safety and efficacy not established >6 years: 1 each nostril twice daily.

Azelastine: Phthalazinones derivative; elicits histamine H1-receptor antagonist activity; major metabolite (desmethylazelastine) also exhibits histamine H1-receptor antagonist activity Fluticasone: Corticosteroid possessing anti-inflammatory activity; exact mechanism of action unknown, but shown to exhibit anti-inflammatory effect on multiple cells (eg, neutrophils, eosinophils, macrophages, mast cells, lymphocytes) and mediators (eg, histamine, leukotrienes, cytokines and eicosanoids)

How to use __NAME__

Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril, away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose. As you spray, breath gently and keep the head upright. Repeat the same process for the other nostrils.

__NAME__ is a combination of two medicines: Fluticasone Propionate and Azelastine, which relieves sneezing and runny nose caused due to allergies (allergic rhinitis). Fluticasone Propionate is a steroid which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) and irritation in the nose. Azelastine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
